Description
This is The First Presbyterian Church of Stamford, Connecticut located on Bedford Street, a.k.a. "The Fish Church"; It's original structure was built in 1854 on Broad Street, and relocated in 1958 to Bedford Street. Wallace K. Harrison was the architect who designed this very modernist sculptured historic church with angled glass panels which reach a height of 260 ft.at its peak, called the Maguire Memorial Tower. The outside of this magnificent church is clearly shaped like a fish. It will leave you breathless when you come visit.
