Description

This is my painterly photograph of "rain" as it drenches Westchester Avenue in Port Chester New York at night. The colors were amazing. This was taken at the train overpass just before going underneath. The neon signs and store fronts perfectly stage this dramatic scene from end to end. Rain is such an amazing element to work with as it reflects the light and creates amazing illusions.
