To make this amazing chicken dish: add 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil, garlic and seasoning to taste; add uncooked chicken thighs (bone in), saute and brown to your liking; reduce heat to simmer; add on cup of water and one cup of Chardonnay.. and take a few sips yourself HEHE; Let simmer and cover for 45 minutes! VOILA!
