Description

This is the Edith Read Sanctuary in Rye, New York at dusk in autumn. The rock garden leads to the water's edge on the long island sound. It is so peaceful here. It is known as a bird sanctuary. Here is one gull that flew into my photograph. A must visit when in Rye, New York.
